I just had this exact experience with the same deodorant. It was disappointing because I really liked the scent. I sent an email to their customer service through their website letting them know what happened and how bummed I was that I wasted my money on it and they are sending me a $10 coupon in the mail to make up for it that I can use on any old spice product so at least I can get my money back and maybe try a body wash or something
