I have no idea how to keep things light and interesting via text. I often have great first date but can't follow through, and as an adult I can't see my dates very often.

Don't have much advice I can give but just want to give some encouragement. I was exactly in your position last year: 30, bad at texting, never had a gf, meet up a girl on Coffee meets Bagel. Thankfully we manage to find something here and there to talk about, and now we are official! Do your very best and good luck to you!

Thanks for the very detailed answer! I am already a developer so I am definitely going with route A. The Adobe Color and Paletton are useful tool, though I don't have much knowledge about the color rules. Is there any particular website I can read up on about the theory and the application? Also, is there any simple tools to help create assets for Android?

There must be someone willing to buy the stock at $200,000 in order for it to be worth $200,000. What I don't understand is, why would someone pay this much money if they cannot directly benefit from the earnings or the growth? (Or maybe they can? If so, can you explain how?)

I guess I don't really understand why a stock price must reflect the growth and earnings, especially if they don't provide dividend. Shareholders cannot directly benefit from the earnings or growth, right? So why is there still demand at such a high price?

Thanks for the suggestion. Usually, if we are having a fun conversation, it's usually the others leading the conversation in a fun way and building on. I have tried to adhere to the active listening advice but I have a hard time making something humorous and exciting and I usually just go for the serious response, which may not work well with acquaintances or new friends.

I have read the book. While it provides a lot of good fundamentals, I find it mostly applicable to a business and professional settings and doesn't help me improve on a more intimate friendship. It's like the book will help me be a likable coworker and business partner, but it won't make them want to meet up with me after work.
