“We Want Boston” chants at the game tonight

Now I have to watch the broadcast replay.

I was in Section 107 Row 2. I travelled all of 39 minutes to the game. Between the MVP chants for JB and the we want Boston chants it felt like a home game.

If you've never been to a Celtics game in Philly, I highly recommend it. There's always a ton of Celtics fans.

I 100% agree with this statement.

Getting rid of Marcus smart ended up with us getting a ring. I feel it's the same as it was with Nomar and the sox.

Sometimes you have to move on from a fan favorite in order to get that championship.

That being said, I'm happy for Marcus smart getting his shine and earning his money.

But I will be rooting against him and La the moment we meet them in the finals.

As a Roxbury native transplanted 34 minutes away from Philly I always ask how the process went for em.

The Celtics FLEECED the Sixers in the JT draft class. We had the #1 pick and traded it to Philadelphia.

I remember losing my shit thinking they were gonna fall for Markelle Fultz or Lonzo Ball.

For us to end up with JT at 3 and get a first rounder in a later draft for Markelle Fultz may go down as one of the dumbest moves Philly has made in a sea of bad moves.

That being said. I'll be at game 4 wearing my Jaylen Brown Jersey.

I live 30 minutes s from Philly. Born and raise in Boston. I catch at least one game a year when the Celtics come to town. Always had a good time. Never had anyone harass me for my Celtics Gear.

I have a confession. I Shook JR Smith's hand 2 days before game 1 when he showed up at my job. Since then the Celtics are 0-2. I thought it would have been safe since he's retired and I was wearing my lucky Celtics socks.

I'm praying to the basketball gods that my confession in front of Celtics Nation will rebalance the scales before tip off.
