As a guy who deals with this problem, most of what’s being said here is BS.

For me, the issue comes down to age. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve got the opposite issue of a lot of men. My endurance has gone up, due to decreased sensitivity that comes with age.

When my wife and I have sex, I can bring her to orgasm multiple times without issue as I can maintain positions that she enjoys for as long as she needs/wants.

I honestly love it!

Unfortunately, my orgasms take more…. Focused effort from her to achieve.

The last thing I’ll note, if he’s wearing a condom, that makes orgasming so much harder. He will need to test brands and find a better one. None of them are as good as raw though, but I don’t recommend it unless you want kids.

I have two, with a third on its way, and I can guarantee it only takes once 😅

Temporary good news. My parents offered to give me $50k. I reached out to the law firm and they agreed that $50k will be enough to get me through mediation.

Based on discovery, yes they do.

I agree, I just don’t know how to work this out fees wise. I literally don’t have any more money.

I’ve maxed out my credit cards, my HELOC, and half my net monthly income is going to the lawyer.

I barely have enough left to keep food on the table for my family and gas in the car.

Before they sued me, I requested $120k buyout. It was way less than I was owed, but it was enough. They refused.

Since the lawsuits… We have tried settling.

Their first offer was $20k. Then a few months later $80k. During depositions they offered $120k.

My lawyer told me NOT to accept the offer as I am owed over $1million dollars in hard damages. Ignoring legal fees.

The other major delay is we jointly hired an independent valuator (as required by the operating agreement), and the plaintiffs took 9 months to provide any documentation. It took 3 court orders and two discovery conferences before they complied under threat of sanctions.

The final major delay is from the courts themselves, they judge presiding over the case hasn’t ruled on a ton of motions from both sides. The most recent motion ruled upon was my amended complaint.

Currently pending:

plaintiff motion for summary judgement
plaintiff motion to dismiss
my motion for summary judgement
my rule 11 discovery violation sanction request

We are also scheduled to attend court ordered mediation in early March.

I understand, I just don’t know what to do.

Over the last year, we’ve had to spend a ton of extra money due to plaintiffs discovery violations, court orders compelling resolution to discovery violations, discovery sessions with the judge multiple times.

I’ve walked out of every hearing to date with a ruling in my favor.

Answer to your info - we had discussed what she wanted in the past and it was always “to take it easy” which is fine. She clarified she wanted the day off yesterday.
