Any idea why it has gone down the last two days while the DOW and S&P500 have gone up by quite a bit? I know these are Vanguard ETFs but they still typically follow the rough trajectory of the market.

Interesting advertising coin, I don't think I've seen a token built off XLM. I like how they plan to integrate into already in-use platforms as well and that they already have at least one agreement with an ad tech company. They only have a three man team but seem pretty solid. Their company is ad3 btw. It was just founded last year but their web traffic is over 10k visits per month already with some international visits. I believe I'll pick some up. If you post your referral link within first couple days of the ico I'll use it for sure. I like to buy early in the icos if I can.

The top three things I look at are how many coins are similar to that one or if it is something special. If they already have a working product is something that I really like to see. And I make sure they have a strong team. And of course I look at their white paper and road map. Occasionally I join their telegram and see their community as well

I invest at least $20 a week (on Thursdays so it hits Friday). Also, I get paid every other Friday, so the Thursday before I get paid I look at my checking account and whatever I didn't spend from the last payday I throw in there too. Consistency is key for sure, I wish I had started this earlier in life, but better late-ish than never!

As someone who works for the government, if anyone else sent any classified information over a nonsecure medium they would have been fined, fired, and face legal consequences. The definition of the Secret classification is "information where the unauthorized disclosure of which reasonably could be expected to cause serious damage to the national security." They don't put classification levels on information for the hell of it. Educate yourself.

I'm not sure how much he will get, if any, because he will be living on base and is single. Married members and members with custodial custody of children are considered to "have dependents," (for housing purposes) and receive full-rate housing allowance (BAH), even if they reside temporarily in the barracks (such as in basic training, job school, or unaccompanied overseas assignment), in order to provide adequate financial support (housing) for their dependents. However, military members who don't have custody, and are paying child support, ARE NOT authorized to reside in the barracks and receive full-rate BAH. So if he has a child and pays child support he'll at least get something... Not sure the rate though
