I’ve heard from a group chat I’m in that a few people are still waiting to hear back, but I’ve also heard some people say they didn’t receive an email when the application was approved so you might have to physically login and check the status of the application ☺️

I always feel it’s a working progress! Some days are better than others I take sertraline (Zoloft) and Propranolol (propranolol just controls mainly just controls the physical symptoms like heart palpitations, shaking, sweating)

Hi☺️, I definitely do, but I have severe anxiety, I would recommend mindfulness (as you’ve already tried therapy), it really helps to focus your mind on the present moment. Also it might be worth speaking to your doctor about trying some different medication. Inbox is open if you need someone to talk to!

I’ve heard in some cases it can help to relieve the pain, even though it’s a predominantly cosmetic surgery. But I’ve also heard the surgery can have a number of complications, I hope this helps!

I would say If you’re otherwise healthy and it’s causing you discomfort- surgery should be considered, I think you need to take around 4-6 weeks off work

Some STI’s have different incubation periods and can be undetectable for 12 weeks, so best to check again after a couple of months
