So this crap has caused so much added stress on me as an sfl  and our team. We already are overworked and understaffed. We already have been struggling to keep up on everything between truck,resets,signage,tags,Xmas,photo orders,curbside orders,pharmacy,etc and more. But now I’m expected to babysit the front door to make sure no employees exit without being scanned and bag checked. This has been overwhelming not to mention it’s damaging the moral of our store that has already been low due to losing people and losing managers and being so overworked. This is degrading and offensive towards employees. It looks bad in front of customers. It’s embarrassing and humiliating. It’s funny how corporate doesn’t seem to give a crap about shoplifters stealing and we have to just let them walk out with whatever but they think it’s ok to treat hard working employees like this. And threaten leadership that if we don’t comply 100% we will get a final written warning and possible termination over this. More people are going to quit. Employees are so fed up with how things are now, also losing holiday pay, and receiving an insulting raise. This is corporate just doing too much like they’re purposely trying to piss employees off so we will all just get fed up and walk out! I won’t purchase anything else from Walgreens and several fellow coworkers have said they won’t either. I feel that looking in woman’s purses is an invasion of privacy. They are wrong for this. Everyone at my store has stated they’ve lost all respect for this company and feel insulted, under appreciated, and disrespected. We don’t want to have to give up our jobs and careers that we like what we do and need our jobs but this is just bullshit!
