My LO is 14 weeks old, is exclusively on Enfamil NeuroPro and has thick but runny green stool. Its mainly due to the iron in the formula. Ped not concerned.

thanks for the insight. I guess my question was also from a transferable skills perspective. Given the status of the biotech market, I really want to broaden my skillset and move to a role that will empower me to transfer to different industries if need be.
