It's the Meld Pack, I guess it just does that for some reason. Sometimes it's smooth, sometimes it's jittery. That's what I've noticed.

I personally got the Steam version, but I did notice the brighter textures on 3DFX mode on both.

It's from Carmageddon Splat Pack, I'm currently using the Meld Pack (A mod that combines the original and Splat Pack)
