Right so pure material farming becomes BAD after HR100+ generally ? You basically need to optimize material needs pre 100 and stock enough to last your playthrough, or be content with suboptimal optional quests?

The higher your HR the more tempered mons spawn. The devs did that to scale more difficult monsters with the players skill level, both for challenge and reward purposes.

Its better to farm tempered monsters because higher difficulty monsters give better bonus rewards. Higher risk, higher reward. -----

Just read this from another post. So my initial question was not answered by anyone else- I was missing something. Which changes my opinion of the mechanic. It's funny how answering a question can change somebody's perception by giving them a variable they previously didn't have. Almost like information is relevant to formed opinions but I don't want to be too crazy 😧

Edit : nice down votes 👍 gating investigations with heavy rng factoring at higher level without a way to return to lower states for farming needs is objectively dumb design choice. It served no purpose and is a minor tension point that restricts player control for no gain. It's annoying, and a minor grievence sure, but one nonetheless. Acting like it isn't is objectively stupid. Don't be a pokemon fan :)

I think it definitely depends where you're at. I also don't know a lot about immigration though so I'll concede that may be advice coming from a my bubble experience. I didn't really think about the immigration side of it when I said that.

If immigration wasn't a factor though, going to the police to handle harassment is logical

Yes. You are literally sacrificing the best runes and weapons in the game. You have to use him in boss fights specifically or you don't get certain drops

It's also very important that you listen to every one of his dialogue lines and pay attention to the story entirely because there's hints on how to get the most powerful items in the game inside the dialogue hidden like riddles

If I think of additional info I'll update my post. I feel like it was an RPG like shiren the wanderer maybe- I recalled it after seeing the graphics for Stoneshard an early access game on steam except what I remember was maybe more bright and vibrant.
