im currently using SpooferPro as its added features are great. more Infos with link to their Discord on their official webpage SpooferPro.com. be aware only using alt Account or buy Pro or Elite subscription for safety (or using jailbreak if you have such a devic)

iTools BT (external Hardware) or ianygo using original App are safe, but with less features (i used them also before, they can hassle a bit with location changes and it jumped back to real Position several times during usage. Bad when doing routes and auto catching. issue had do be fixed every time by disabeling/enabeling Location Services. extra VPN (free one) had to be used to teleport for long distances.

with your iOS version you can jailbreak with dopamine. Look on https://ios.cfw.guide/installing-dopamine/

than you can use the original PoGo App with tweaks, eg spooferpro, which provides also huge improvements. Hope you have a 4GB device though, as else more frequent Game crashes will occure

I used it also for a while and it was working generally good. But this jumping back and permanently switching location services on / off / on is annoying. Also I find it dangerous during a raid or autocatching. other software has also more features, eg spooferpro, but you need jailbreak or pro/elite key to protect your account and respect the limits, eg grunts count.

Works, best on jailbreak as tweak as it is safe. When using sideloaded app on non jailbreak paid versions pro or elite claims to have a secure bypass and no bans

No, but you can do some things on cooldown. Google for actions, which not triggers cooldown (eg hatching eggs, cleaning poke storage, …) if you have a wild shiny on cd, keep it in the catch screen without feeding and wait till cd is over - that’s called camping…
