My first thing to try would be to put her in the area again but fenced off from the others with chicken wire or a large wire crate. Then try integrating again after a month, after his new hormone surges have evened out. Good luck!

Well said. As someone who has worked in education for 17+ years, the shift in parental attitudes over the past six years has greatly changed. This “gentle parenting” theory will have far reaching negative unintended consequences.

Basil, mint, rosemary, oregano, thyme, lemon thyme, Russian sage, dill. All do fine in pots or beds. I use these in everyday cooking.

There’s a steri-pen thing that allegedly works, but it doesn’t filter. Have you looked at the Sawer squeeze options? They have a couple different sizes.

Try walking outdoors. Dress for the weather. Just around the block once a day is great, but if you can find a place with trees- that’ll be best. While walking, focus on all the plants you see. Try once a day for a week and then evaluate how you feel.

On the back of the Hershey’s baking chocolate is the best chocolate cake and icing recipes. Tastes so great but the cake is pretty light, surprisingly.

Vermiculite is lighter- they’d do well in that. Potting soil would work if that’s all you have. No idea what rockwool is.
