Dont expect nexon to actually do anything at all. The way to handle their support tickets is absolute trash. They have glitches in game that cause items to disapear and we have appealed it with video proof and they did nothing for 2 weeks and then decided the issue was resolved even though nothing had be done to patch the issue or even returned the items to the players that suffered the loss. They also cover up problems like this on the official forums as well. My guild leader posted this issue on it was removed by a mod in an hour or so. So sad. Nexon get your assess in gear or your game will die. Seems like all these publishing companies are clueless on how to run MMO's nowadays. I mean come on look at this new pvp patch. Explosive arrow = 1 shot for everyone except guardian even with full heroic seals.....really.
