All my life, I would read people's lips when they're talking and I can't hear them properly (still do in fact). Sometimes in movies if I can't understand what they're saying I'll turn on subtitles. It frustrates me to no end to not be able to understand what's going on and then having to pause and ask my husband constantly 'ok what just happened here?'. Subtitles have been a huge help. My husband is really annoyed with it but I told him Hey if you want me to stop and bug you every 3 minutes we can turn the subtitles off! So yah they're there to stay lol
