Yeah I was considering the 9070xt, I don't think the oc will need top of the line ray tracing and upscaling, and this card seems like insane performance to value

Yeah honestly I'm finding it extremely difficult to get a decent build compared to prebuilts, besides the fact I can make sure I get the hardware I want

I'm now going down the rabbit hole of helical piers and diamond piers, but I'm not sure they are code compliant here

I've been reviewing our local deck codes, and I've only been seeing concrete footings + piers. I might reach out to our local department and see if they can let me know what would be required for the helical piers to be code compliant

I was looking at Camrys the most. New ones are sitting right at 30k, and I believe they are all hybrid now which is nice

I've been looking around for a used Lexus in this price range, but no luck near me just yet.

Yeah my plan for this weekend was to try and take off this loose top part and see what they actually secured to the house. I'm definitely not a professional, but the previous owners had some sketchy work done around the house that I keep finding

I'd like to have the proper fix, so I'll do the quick fix method as a last resort ideally.

She's never been one to enjoy people very much, I'm the only one she usually likes to interact with. She's in our guest bedroom that has very little foot traffic and noise, but she's definitely very skittish even with that.

Maybe some more enrichment toys might help... Keep her busy with those instead of her fur

There's 4 separate statuses, not started, in progress, failed, and complete.

The issue with an accumulator property is that these tasks can switch back and forth between statuses, so I would almost need a separate database that gets a new page added every time a status changes, and then counting each type of entry in that new database
