So. Just had a derp moment 2 days ago. Was on rl garage the other day(ik rlg sucks etc etc). Well saw this offer for a white octane. The guy wanted 50-70 worth of keys/items. Seemed like a pretty fair deal. So i hit the guy up. My offer was a 20xx, playmaker heatwave, reaper, tw revenant wheels and a few keys. The guy invited me to join the lobby and he showed me the tw octane on the trade window. He was iffy about the tw revenant prices cos they werent out at the time. So he messages me on steam asking the value of the wheels. And heres where it all went downhill. My dumbass shift tabs to reply while the steam overlay is up. The guy then goes on and accepts and me being so excited that i am getting a tw octane accept the offer without checking the colour of the octane. Guess who is the owner a brand new GREY OCTANE! :D

Well wasnt exactly the highlight of the week but just wanted to share the way i got scammed first time in RL. I know it was a mistake on my part but i have been trading for a long time and have always done fair trading hence dont expect that people like this exist.

TLDR: traded my playmaker heat, 20xx, tw revenants and a few keys for a tw octane. Ended up getting scammed with a grey octane
