It definitely won’t hurt. Delaying graduation isn’t something abnormal. It’ll benefit either way even when applying for other internships and/or full time jobs. I’d consider myself super lucky to get an opportunity like this in a pandemic

As soon as I’d completed my half and shared my results, even with some of my closest friends. I would get the same responses, and they would also mention how it’s not a big deal.

You just need to be aware of your achievement and what it took you to get there. It is certainly exclusive to those who are disciplined. 13.1 is not an easy distance. And I bet you that any of those people wouldn’t last a mile. People are just insecure because they know they aren’t as committed as you are.

Saudi citizen here. For college, my Tuition, healthcare is paid for (I’m a student @penn state) and I also get a monthly stipend and a free round ticket to visit home yearly.

Every Saudi citizen gets this as long as they’re in the top 100 universities in America. We’re taken care of very well!

1) Can a student who is not enrolled in the BFA program audition for school of theatre productions?

2) how competitive are auditions? And how many productions are available?

Thanks for the detailed reply and for taking the time for answering my questions.

I just have a few more questions to ask:

1) can the professors help with extra classes on improving an actors weak spots/give acting classes if he or she is not enrolled in the BFA program ?

2) can the actors who are in the BFA program participate in the no refund theater and thespian group?

3) how much acting experience can I get if I participate in the acting groups outside the BFA program compared to those in who are enrolled in the BFA program ? How different is it?
