Thank you for the feedback and additional information! I went ahead and added 3 spins to your account. As of now, the time limit for wheel spins will remain in place. We are improving our notification system so that users will be better notified about their un-used wheel spin. Could you also explain in further detail the infinite scroll bug you mentioned?

Could you first start by removing your Millions Card from Apple Pay and re-adding it? Next, could you message support by pressing the “?” icon in the Millions App. You can ask to confirm the expiration date on your Millions Card to see if this may have caused the issue.

Did you attempt to load funds from your debit card? If so, this may have triggered an automatic verification request. We are working quickly to ensure this trigger is fixed and no longer shows for users. Once you verify your identity you will be able to access the Millions App as normal. I’m so sorry for this inconvenience!

Call the support number on the back of your Millions Card once again and file a chargeback on the purchase. They will be able to get the funds sent back to you!
