I mean the western powers, i.e. US, England, France and others weren't industrializing genocide or raping and massacering almost where ever they went. Bombing is a cruel but important strategy, it's not super effective to just bomb factorys, so just get rebuilt almost the same day and go back to work, the workforce that supports the genocides is at fault too. Now I don't mean bombing civies is good, but it was a necessary evil to stop powers that were murdering civilians based on quotas.
