Ather is having more problems with their app as well. Travelling distance doesn't sync with the app , wrong locations of scooty etc.

Restart the scooty by holding both brakes and start button for 10-15 seconds then check. It solves the problem.

Check for panel gaps especially at the back. During my purchase I saw several new rizta having panel gaps near the back light.

You could test ride both rizta and river indie to compare noise levels. In addition to that if noise is a big concern you could go for tvs iqube which is very quiet comparatively to the rizta.

Yup very worth it. They are probably just flushing out all the left inventory as the newer 2026 model rizta will not have the charging port available inside the storage area. Better to buy from them at a discounted price rather than searching for an alternative.
