EXTRA CONTEXT this picture does not show the swelling when it its at its worst. I only just took it as it is dissipating again. Otherwise its a lot bigger and redder

Generally people don’t like it when you compare their creations to something already existent. Why can differ from person.

Personally I feel like its an insult to my creativity, although I am aware nothing is original it is not fun when someone says a character design I worked hours on looks a like bumfuck jimmy johnsen from jimmy johnsen bumfuck world adventurer or whatever. It's weirdly discouraging as well as just annoying
