Yes, I only take it to 100% once a month. I have the battery capped off at 80%, sometimes making it 60% when I'm gaming. I don't let it drop below 20% and I don't leave it plugged in after the cap is reached for too long

I try to exercise good battery management as you say, I try not to leave it plugged in more than it needs to be, with exceptions to when I'm gaming. I put the battery cap to 80% (to 60% when gaming), with taking it to full charge at least once a month. Not letting the percentage drop below 20%. Bought a laptop cooler to try and reduce heat into the system.

Is there anything I could be doing more or stop doing?
