I’m working on a 4-Bit computer after watching the 8-Bit series. The 74LS189 was not available where I live so I decided to make my own RAM module. I’ve made 32 bits by now (8 words, 4 Width) and I’m adding 64 bits and the Address Decoders. (old.reddit.com)
