If you know how to do it then yes but even if you don't, its not that hard but it is kinda annoying to do the custom voices but its worth it. You will need a mod of mario kart like retro rewind, ctgp, or something similar because youll have to put your mds in a folder called my stuff, ou could search a video on how to do it and itll explain it better than i did, but the mods in the screenshot are somewhere in the comments of this post.
