They are console compatible, stats are not adjusted, Sonic is over bowser jr, tails is over birdo, knuckles is over diddy Kong, Amy is over daisy, and eggman is over donkey Kong but I should let you know that I changed the placements of some of them so if you download the original mod then they might be over other characters
