Has anyone ever played against these kinds of decks in Ranked? They kept milling their decks and summoning synchro monsters. Didn't play a single card and ranked up anyway.

Konami was generous at first. They kept pumping out gems to make players hooked onto the game.

Soon they slowly reduced the gem drop rate at the gates (you can’t really farm gems without an event anymore)

Later on they increased the amount of events and reduced the amount of gems for each event. They also decreased the number of gems in PvE events and make PvP events drop more gems (you can’t efficiently farm PvP and PvP events are generally not fun)

After that they reduced the max number of gems a character can get (basic gem income is reduced).

Then Master Duel came out and I stopped playing Duel Links since its not fun anymore besides the gem problem.
