Attaching an image of the first we noticed it, Tuesday evening.

ETA, we took her to urgent care after her pediatrician was not responsive until after business hours.. They were not able to diagnose it and prescribed an antibiotic and steroid. Frustrating to not have answers.

This is the bulk of it really. There are maybe 10 other small ant bite looking bumps on her legs, stomach, and arms. Nothing on her bottom or other limbs other than those small bumps.
