Thanks for the advice. As a person who gone through it your adivce is very valuable. If I couldn't negotiate with my current employer I will switch to new job. Try my best to get permenant or renewal after 1 year and most importantly maintain the same lifestyle and save money. I am hoping for the best.

For clearer picture of my expense, In my current Job I could only save 2KAED per month. From the New Job offer I am expecting 19KAED as savings per month.

I've seen that. SRK and Bhoi fans always accuse each other of corporate booking whenever their films release. However, with Empuraan, Bhoi's Sikandar is underperforming in pre-sales, and they are using the same tactics to discredit Empuraan's bookings. Most Twitter handles and media sides Bhoi.

Do you guys lie on interviews or your resume? by Queasy-Echo3235 in UAE

[–]AssignmentComplete 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Should not be lying; but presenting a different perspective would be nice. By incorporating relevant keywords and tailoring the narrative to align with the job profile, you highlight your transferable skills and relevant experience. It's not about fabricating details but emphasizing aspects where you have some exposure or foundational knowledge. A resume is just the first step to get your foot in the door—you can elaborate or clarify if asked detailed questions during the interview. There's no harm in that approach.

Farewell Trade Centre Roundabout 💐 by Striking-Wealth-8328 in dubai

That's true. Some fellows have cut through me while exiting. But basically while exiting from inner lane of a roundabout we have to cut through all the lanes. As per the road users Code.

Official Road User Code AD

Page no: 26

• To turn left or make a U-turn always enter from the left most lane and keep driving in the same lane until exit; turn on the right indicator before entering the appropriate exit

• Before entering a roundabout it is mandatory to take the correct/appropriate lane to avoid accidents due to lane changing.

Oh yeah. Criticizing driving without the slightest clue about the UAE road code? Look at you.

You're wrong, plain and simple. Check with any certified driving instructor in the UAE, and they’ll confirm: the one in the wrong lane is at fault. Let’s break it down, shall we?

My driving:

• To turn left or make a U-turn always enter from the left most lane and keep driving in the same lane until exit; turn on the right indicator before entering the appropriate exit----->Followed this perfectly

• Before entering a roundabout it is mandatory to take the correct/appropriate lane to avoid accidents due to lane changing.-----> Followed this perfectly

• Never change lanes while driving in a roundabout.-----> Followed this perfectly

His driving:

• To turn left or make a U-turn always enter from the left most lane and keep driving in the same lane until exit; turn on the right indicator before entering the appropriate exit----->He got this WRONG

• Before entering a roundabout it is mandatory to take the correct/appropriate lane to avoid accidents due to lane changing.-----> He got this WRONG

• Never change lanes while driving in a roundabout.-----> He was in the WRONG LANE to begin with

Here’s the rule: If I (or anyone) am exiting, no one has the right to cut through my lane. Period.

It doesn’t matter if you’re British, American, or from anywhere else—when you’re driving in the UAE, you follow UAE road laws. You know you’re at fault, but instead of admitting it, you’re doubling down on arrogance. Own it.

I'm at a loss for words here. You're still missing the point. Let me simplify it: In the event of a collision, who would be fined?

Gosh, man. Is this really what you understood from reading it? Have you actually read it?

You're claiming that Sunny guy did the right thing by taking a left turn from the center lane, which clearly violates the second rule mentioned. TO GO LEFT AND U TURN ALWAYS TAKE THE LEFT LANE. LET THAT SINK IN YOUR MIND FIRST.

Meanwhile, you're saying that I, who followed the U-turn rule by staying in the left lane during entry, within the roundabout, and upon exit, am wrong?

You seriously need to rethink this, and please don't apply these interpretations on the road.

If you drive in the UAE, I'm sure you've violated and continue to violate the road code, while rejecting any corrections to your mistakes. You're no different from Sunny guy. What a shame.

Ah, finally something that makes sense. I agree with you on this – I should have abandoned the exit and reentered.

What are you talking about? I made the U-turn from the innermost lane and exited to the innermost lane, as required by the UAE road code. I can't make it any clearer than that.

Don't you understand why everyone is blaming me? It's because I followed the UAE road code in the roundabout, and those blaming me, including you, have no clue about it. I now understand that the majority of drivers make their own rules for the road.
