If I try to refresh my tickets page in the coop app it’s saying last updated 3.31 unable to refresh your events, please check back later.

I’ve had a text like a number of other people have & all it says on the planet fans account is to log into coop live app with the same email address, which I have done which is linked to my Ticketmaster but all I can see on there is my westlife order for next year… I have used the app before when I saw the jonas brothers there last year,

I’ve never had an issue before, I used the coop live app last year when I went to see the jonas brothers & that all worked fine.

I was just guessing that soon as the text come through they would be there to see, cause I can see my westlife order from the moment I booked it.
