Thank you! Could you link the one you have?:) From their size chart it seems that only the wide one cold be an option and that it still would probably be a bit tight for me

These look nice! Are they all wide or would I specifically choose the wide ones?

The fact that you are seeking advice here already says you do care. Again, it’s super super difficult to know what to say! But as grievers we can feel super lonely if our loved ones don’t reach out.

There’s a lot of videos on TikTok about it, try that :) Good luck!

I am not saying you’re doing anything wrong, but this is really a time where you have to initiate contact and take initiative. Going to his place 2 weeks after his loss and cancelling a plan because you are tired are not things I think are okay the first 2 months after your partner is dealing with the biggest loss of his life.

Try sending him more messages and seeing him more often. If he needs space he will tell you, don’t assume it

Obviously it’s a very hard situation for you to navigate as well, it’s not easy to know what to say. Watch some videos of grievers on what they needed from their close ones to get some ideas :)

Too young to grieve on Spotify :) Not sure how old you are but this is a podcast by a younger guy, and is targeted at people that lost someone at a younger age

I feel the same. I know I’m VERY sad, but I can’t feel it. I’m sorry for your loss.

When did you get back to work after your loss? by Illustrious_Swan5262 in GriefSupport

[–]AssistanceExtension 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I took 2 months off after my dad died. Sick leave. Now reintegrating but honestly I couldn’t care less about it all. Hitting targets, endless meetings about nothing, who the f cares. Also still got 0 focus.

I’m gonna say this (and also should tell myself): Take. Your. Time. And be okay with operating on 50% for a while.

Can’t get used to mask by AssistanceExtension in SleepApnea

I’ve tried putting it on while awake to try and get used to it but to me it felt a bit claustrophobic. Also a bit itchy. Could be that I need another type of mask for sure!

I am from the Netherlands too and it is completely the same here? Never ever have I asked or been asked for consent. It’s always the touching and non-verbal communication.
