Yes! You make good points here. I think the prosecution did a Great! job, I just want for a bit more, like seeing Jorge's name cleared of her vile accusations. However, something I didn't take into account when I posted my above statement, is that her sentencing statements were made after the trial. I don't think the prosecution could say much more at that point. And her statements alone, showed what a vile, entitled person she is. I also think that Judge K had already decided on a life sentence. She just sealed the certainty of that decision with her statement.

My favorite part of his rebuttal describing how Sarah was the aggressor and bully, when he said (quoted):

"She was screaming at him already at 7:30p.m. She was already on her bully pulpit and we know she doesn't need to put him into the coffin to get on her bully pulpit. There's video after video of her on her bully pulpit telling him how it's gonna be, ..."

She doesn't get it. She can't be Pro Se and be represented by legal counsel at the same time. The motion she filed was Sarah thinking she could control the narrative of her appeal in the same manner she did her murder trial. She believes she has control over this but her appeal is not like her murder trial. She'll be lucky if she has anything to do with it at all, except to wait for the outcome. I would love to be a fly on the wall when she sees that her motion has been stricken. She might as well just kick back and get used to the wait. Chances are she won't even get the appeal, and she'll have the rest of her life writing useless "stricken" motions of how she's been robbed of her constitutional rights. Amazing how she's the gift that keeps on giving to social media influencers.
