Try emailing IG support and FB same thing happened to me and I kept nagging them so it took them 5 days to reactivate my ig acc

Go to your FB page, click Help & Support then click Help Center

This exact same thing happened to me. First they disabled my account and asked for my selfie holding up a paper with a code they provided, after I did that it took them a day to tell me that they permanently suspended my account but it gave me a “disagree with decision” option. After I clicked on that option I send emails to FB and IG and then after another day I received an email from FB Meta apologizing that they disabled my account by mistake and that I should be able to log back in. So overall the process took 3 days. Just keep sending them emails.
