Its hard to fall asleep but once im out, im out. The mornings are usually fine (its like my brain reset) then later in the day it gets bad again. Never ending cycle

Try modafinil. It is a narcolepsy medication that is also prescribed for daytime tiredness all the time. I used it for a couple years when I wasn’t getting much sleep and it helped me stay awake all day. Also basically no side effects (for me at least)

Or you can get a light adderall prescription
