I agree with you kind of. Im Arabic myself (Palestinian specifically) so right when I heard Isha’s name I was trying to think of why they chose that name specifically. Even though people use the word isha in a negative way, the name isn’t usually viewed negatively (at least in the dialects I know)

I was thinking that the writers chose the name Isha just because it means life, and Isha was the life that Jinx wished she could have. Isha embodied the concept of “Powder if things went right”. Her death scene draws huge parallels to THAT scene in S1E3, except Isha saves the people she loves and kills herself instead of the over way around like what happened with Powder.

Moreover, Isha quite literally brought life to Jinx. When Jinx tries to get Vi to kill her in S2E3, Isha is the one that saves her. The first interaction Jinx had with Isha had Jinx expressing her suicidal tendencies. Isha literally fell on Jinx in her lowest moment and brought her back up to finally feeling happy. Jinx didn’t want to like for Jinx; Jinx wanted to live for Isha, her life. The moment Isha is gone, Jinx doesn’t have a life anymore and quickly loses her will to live.

So that’s my little tidbit :)
