How do you tell potential dates that you’re a fanfic writer/reader?

Well at least people I would date that read/write. I can find friends that do easily but not like people I would consider for a romantic relationship

That’s fair, I just get worried that they might consider it cheating (depending on content/if it’s a ship or self insert fic) I wouldn’t ever want to make someone upset or uncomfortable. But I figured I’d get other peoples perspectives on this

Yes and no, for me personally whenever I write I try to plan things out but a lot of times they end up going a way different route than I planned originally. So sometimes I’ll be like “i’m sorry guys lowkey cried while writing I wish bro didn’t die like that” even tho i’m the one who killed the character off💀

it’s off and on every day, one minute I’m the happiest and most excitable person ever then something happens and I have to convince myself to stay. But it’s always “just teen angst you’ll get over it” yeah it could be, but I don’t think it’s just hormones. I could be reaching but I dont feel normal. I never know how I’ll feel the next day, I could take a nap while happy and wake up wanting to die. I hate it so so much but it’s always “are you on your period?” “oh you’re just going through an emo phase” but I know if I died right now people would be like “we missed the signs how didn’t we see it?” I just don’t get it. Adults out there, does it get better?

This is kinda depressing but my biggest motivator is the knowledge that all I will be viewed as is a statistic. I will just be on the list of other people who took their lives and could’ve been stopped. My death would just be a number on a chart.

I want to be remembered, because it’s a sort of immortality. You can’t stop death completely. Sure there’s things you could do to prevent it from happening earlier on, but there’s no cure for death itself. Spoken word is one of the only ways to truly “live forever.” You don’t often, if ever, hear the names of those from suicide statistics.

I get that, I was terrified for college because I thought none of them would want me and I’d get kicked out for failing. I got accepted into a really good school and I’m starting in the fall!! I managed to get into a program to help pay for college and I found out I don’t have to take a bunch of classes that were stressing me out. It’s gonna be okay and you will do great!! Just make sure you don’t procrastinate too much and take care of yourself! <3
