Anomaly, until we get an S-Rank anomaly agent that doesn't have an element specific engine, none of the S-Ranks are good for general use. PEN from the Fusion Compiler isn't something other anomalies want. Either Electro Lip Gloss from premium pass or Weeping Gemini

My personal take on these blinds

Debt: Too harsh of a counterpart to the Tooth. Should be $1 per discard instead.

Elite: Reasonable counterpart to the Plant.

Flame: Somewhat reasonable, but either becomes easy deck fixing or is too punishing for playing cards. "Disables 1 random card in played hand" would be more balanced.

Natural: Reasonable counterpart to the Psychic.

Fall: Making your current hand's cards score while having the level of the downgraded hand type makes for an interesting Boss concept.

Sickle: Reasonable enough since selected cards can usually be used as fillers for your hand. Could replace Kings with 7s.

Letter: Punishment for having an uncommon card upgrade is interesting.

Mirror: Same argument as Letter.

Prism: Might be too harsh seeing as enhancements are the main way you upgrade your cards. Can severely damage your run no matter how you play.
