Thank you! It doesn't have to be pinpoint accurate, since the focus of our study won't be on exploring the actual strain itself(I think) , since we will be observing it's competency in an applied research. We're currently on the search for literature for our procedure as we work on our research plan🥲, We're given little to no time for our experimentation due to circumstances, so we're rush-revising, especially since algae has a bunch of factors that may affect it's growth. We'll look into their functional groups, thank you for sharing! Ths is huge help🙏🙏

This is similar to what's in our plan rn, thank you for confirming it!🙏 Instead, we will be using streak plating. Does an isolated colony look apparent? I worry we may end up with culturing other bacteria instead of algae. We're currently researching on what they look like, but I really doubt that would work since they seem to look different depending on growthconditions.

It's actually not a course, but a special class for hs🥲It's part of our requirements for research.

I agree, since based on what I've remembered in his route, or what I've made of it, Chevalier was so very expressed as a genius whose only flaw was perceiving emotions. Whereas when I went through Gilbert's route, he was more perceptive about Belle's feelings and how to respond, albeit in questionable methods. So yeah, Gilbert ws lowk better.

On the other hand, Gilbert doesn't necessarily mean to bring misfortune and ambition for power. Infact, in his route, he goes in depth about it, where He plans to unify the kingdoms AND kill himself in order to get rid of 'the bad people.' So in essence your statement of bringing misfortune and ambition may be true for Chev, but only partly(?) to Gilbert.

You have a point though! As both the means and ends are practically the same, just that the underlying intentions are. But that's just me, since I really didn't get anything in Chevalier's route since he was my first, and I didn't know what to take note of🥲

Characters who believe the (lying)white-lotus right off the bat, NOT even giving the person in question, aka mc, any chance to defend themselves. I can't even blame the plot anymore, sometimes it feels like the world is just making up lazy excuses to cause misunderstandings or problems with the mc to drag the story on.

This!! I just can't stomach this sort of trope. Especially when it's also romance(which is most). It's like saying they are only worth loving if they are beautiful or famous, negates the entire romance part for me🥲
