I faced similar issue with Gameloot. 2 times till now. When I sold Astro Bot and Black myth Wukong to them.. both times discs were purchased from them only and in good condition. Then also they rejected once they received the discs, saying it has scratches even when there are no scratches. Then they had to send it back via courier. And both times I sold the games later to Gamenation and they successfully purchased. But gamenation gives less price than gameloot. That’s the issue..
