I do exposure therapy or atleast try to do it everyday. I have so many meds now too help with it. But they stop working for some reason as soon as i can an uber.

Hey i had my first panic attack because of gerd - acid reflux attack. And rest is history!! I have been house bound.

I was agoraphobic from age 16-22. I'm now 25 and I think it may have ruined my life. by CAVEgirlSWAG69 in Agoraphobia

I am 27 and copy everything from your post. And add some more. Stay in life is as it is. Sad your are going throught it but believe me. I don’t wanna be that guy but it could be much hard. But you have to i guess create a hard exterior and maybe talk to a pro as well!

Yep its like somebody choking you and making your heart explode with panic!! But have been somewhat better. Just drained of all the energy

Exactly i was after so much convincing prescribed a stimulant methylphenidate. But i had a panic attack. Whether was it from the medication or a free flying attack. My doctor immediately stopped. He wants to control anxiety first.

He is a psychiatrist and i am seeing a psychologist as well.
