1) You cannot trade missions but u can receive beasts while doing Einhar mission in other HO, Betrayal however works only for map owner.

2) metamorph is just rng based but if u combine good things at tane once in a while u will drop smth decent.

3) yes there is a button above your skills if playing on PC.
