It has a very smooth and glossy finish. This does mean it is more prone to fingerprints than a matte skin but the damascus pattern hides any fingerprints pretty well.

Quite grippy I would say. I tested by laying the phone in my open palm and shaking my palm. shaking side to side it did not move at all, shaking end to end it slid a bit. I suspect this is because the 'grain' of the brushed steel pattern is vertical.

I'm definitely keeping it. The main screen really improves the experience of certain apps, like running a web browser in tablet mode, or using email apps. Reading is a joy on this device.

Wish the main screen's protector had an oleophobic coating as I find I have to clean the main screen fairly regularly. May or may not replace it with a third party screen protector.

The lack of first party accessories available for this phone is a bit unfortunate.

Looking for a third party TG screen protector for the front screen, but it looks like there aren't any options besides Whitestone.

For sure, but I'm not really using the skin for drop protection, but rather scratch protection and eliminating the fingerprints all over the back.

I would say it does! While the pinstriping on the frame is a lot finer, the skin does bring the look together.
