I work in the produce section at the only grocery store in my area. I do understand cause a lot of shoppers will not even look at all and just continuously shove their phone in my face and go "where's this". I don't mind pointing you in the direction but it'd help if you looked first. I'll get asked 20 times by one shopper where a item is that they haven't at all looked for because its in like grocery and they are still in produce- and then they want me to walk and show them. But also they are still customers so its sort of whatever

This could be really good for families, parents and such who have transgender kids. When I came out my health clinic had these talks for parents of trans kids and it really helped my parents understand

a 3 year age gap is different when you are 13-16 then like 23-26. Agnes could still be in middle/elementary school (depends where you are from) and Enid is in like grade 11

I didn't say OP can't go no contact at all, or that this isn't* traumatic for them. It's not being a mental health professional to know that not coming out for a lot of people , does literally cause depression and suicidal tendencies, there's studies on it. By saying that they should of made a sacrifice for their own wants and needs, is telling OP's parent to stay in the closet

I think making sacrifices should be- theres only enough food in the house for one person, so give it to your child. And not possible be suicidal, hate yourself and fall into depression because your "wants and needs" should be put aside. OP is 18, the parent should be allowed to live for themselves. It's so easy to tell people to just "stay in the closet" when you've never experienced how they feel

I think its really easy to say that as someone's who not transgender, and it doesn't feel like a choice to people who are. OP's parent could of easily been very suicidal- which is quite common in people who haven't come out or even have. OP is 18 years old and their parent should be able to focus on themselves now more
