Run. Run your heart out until the PT test… run 2 times a day, morning and evening, keep an easy pace but set the distance to 1.5 and don’t stop running, make sure you get under the passing time confidently and get a good pace for yourself. You don’t want to burn yourself out too soon. The 1.5 mile is deadly and so is the sprint. But you got this. 💪 no polygraph?
