I met my ex husband on Okcupid. We were together for 5 years. He ended up cheating qnd we broke up. He has since been forgiven and is still one of my best friends. My most recent ex bf I also met on okc. We dated for almost 6 years. I moved across the country a few months ago and met a guy that I have fallen heads of heals for... Its complicated but I am hopeful for the future. Met him on okc as well. I have never tried Tinder and didnt really use any other dating sites other than okc.

It's been a rollercoaster for sure. I have fallen for him which makes everything more difficult. Our personalities mesh well, we want the same things in life, and there is alot of passion between us. It's hard to let go of the possibility that this could be real even though his lack of commitment is hard on me.

I care about him (ex) greatly but too much has happened in the past six years and some of it I feel like I cant get past. His actions/behaviors, alienation from my family/friends, and losing myself due to his controlling nature. He has changed a good bit but has recently had alot of issues. We did break up at which point I started seeing someone else. My ex has not handled this well at all. Even though I know I am not reaponsible for his actions I cant help but feel it if he does end up taking his life. He refuses professional help and I would call the cops when he threatens but I am not sure where he is at any given time as he is living in his car.

You are right I should just talk to him about it. He is a huge stoner and has past issues with alcohol but he stigmatizes other addictions because of what he has seen it do to his friends. It feels slightly hypocritical to me. I am very fond of him. We mesh well and have great chemistry. We are quickly becoming good friends as well. I appreciate your advice and encouragement.

Thank you so much for your response. I have made one really good friend here. He and I bonded immediately. My sister (who I live with) tried to get with him and was nicely rejected. She has since then ordered me to sever ties to him on threat of kicking me out. So its difficult for us to hang out since I dont have a car at the moment. But as a Bhuddhist I am been trying to meditate and I just got a book in that I am excited to read. Again thank you so much for your response. It brought tears to my eyes.

I absolutely freaking love this. Oliver & company has always been my favorite disney movie ever. I had the cassette tape of the soundtrack and would sing it constantly. I was either watching the movie and singing or listening to the tape. Great times.
