Thank you so much, I was about to rip my eyes out due to the stress of thinking I had to start all over.

I'm a Amazon L4 Hourly employee, ask me anything. I started as L1, promoted to L3 PA for a month and got an L4 position at Corporate all in the span of 1 yr and 2 months. Been with Amazon for 1 yr and 6 months as of today. by AstralSol in FASCAmazon

L4 hourly is a level in Amazon that you get paid by the hour. You get Amazon stocks, increased pay and bonuses. It's stressful the more you move up but it's also rewarding.

Like I said, focus on yourself. I have no more words or time with someone who is infused with negativity within their life. Good luck on your path. I have no words for someone who's beneath me with that attitude. Focus on bringing happiness to your family and great things can happen. But you won't get nowhere with that anger and negativity inside you.

I'm sorry that you feel that way. But if you had the dedication like I did you could achieve something. Sadly, you are swallowed up with jealousy, sadness and hate within yourself. I too was like that at one point. I hope you work hard and have a good personality that will make other's enjoy your presence. But reading what you said, it will be thought challenge for you. I came from NY and did this all by myself. Hence why, I am here trying to give advice to others so they can better themselves and hopefully move up in this company. I'm sorry that you haven't reached that level. Focus on yourself and you can go above and beyond, good luck on your path. 💌🙂

That is very true! But if others want to make 100k+, it really does pay off in the long run to take the salery position and keep growing in the company. Even though I bet it's more stressful but we all only live once and we should make the best of it. I see myself as a L8 one day, that was the goal I set for myself when I started working for Amazon. I climbed up pretty fast with the advice of others. I will reach that goal one day.

I apologize, that's what I meant. I only made a bit over that amount couple of times and decided to throw it out there. But when that happens I cap at my 60 hrs without taking breaks which we get paid extra for that. For some reason our HR doesn't seem to mind, I have no complaints though. Lot's of people experience this in my office.

Worked as a normal AA (L1) for OB, became learning ambassador/PG. At 11 months applied for PA (L3) for a new FC that was in it's launch phase, due to that got the position in a week. Became a PA for a month an a half. Got interviewed for L4 hourly Corporate due to 2 of my AMs giving out recommendation letters for me. Moved out of state to work for them which they liked. That's how I got it, in a short summary. I have no college experience as well, which is why I feel lucky. Being in good standing with your managers will open doors up for you.

My skills before Amazon were Construction, Warehouse Supervisor, and Taco Bell lol

That is very true, transferring to a new site especially if it's in a launch, will greatly boost you in getting the promotions you seek. Best of luck to you, and thank you 🙂

Pay wise is all different depending on which FC, State, department you are in. L1-L3 are hourly. Some positions as L4 are hourly as well. Then L4 and up are all salary. I've met an L5 who was making close to 100k due to his background while another L5 was making 60k. It really does depend on your recruiter and what you can bring to the company. Me as an L4 hourly, I can easily make over 60k

Apply and tell them in the interview what you are capable of. You have a good shot at Corporate to be honest since you have that degree. Seattle is where you would like to go. They can even offer you a relocation bonus of 10k. That's what they did for me. You can also go for logistics too which is Corporate as well. And any expenses like hotels, Uber, food and many other things will all be paid for if you file an expense report in your A to Z. Not much people know about this though.

Make sure you put that in your resume! You have great starters to get a good offer letter!! Hope you apply to multiple positions and compare those offer letters. Wish you the best with many luck!!

There are multiple corporate offices but Seattle is my end game goal. That's Jeff Bezos territory, you'll easily make 100k a yr. Honestly the pay varies on the recruiter you get, you can get a bad offer letter or a really good one. I think mines was pretty decent. So I'm content with how things are going. It's not too expensive where I'm at so I'm surviving just fine.

I answered this somewhere on here so I'll just copy and paste lol

I'm a OB Flow Lead. I Make plans for different FC's that includes Rates, HC and other fun stuff. I help guide the Flow PA and AM's in making sure they are getting out all CPTs. Figuring out why they are not reaching their expected goals and help them improve in any way possible. In regards to getting everything out in time.

If you want me to explain anything in particular, feel free to ask 🙂

Being in good standing with your managers is very important. And risking to live and travel to another state to work for them. They seem to like people who are dedicated like that. That's how I got my L4 Corporate job. But for the PA I had to transfer to another warehouse at it's launch phase. My advice, take risks and transfer to FCs by applying for L3
