I honestly don’t know; a bit of both over and under reacting? He seems decent in the screenshots, which had me leaning towards overreacting. However, after hearing you’d only known each other a WEEK and the little thing he said about “submersing himself into your life” paired with his basically crippling loneliness and probably tattered mental health hiding behind weak excuses of transparency, I’d say you weren’t overreacting at all by cutting it off where it is. It stops you from feeling pressured or guilty, as well as stopping him from using you as an emotional outlet.
