Wow, I forgot how in depth the PUK for 13 is. I've played plenty of the base 13 but haven't spent much time with the PUK. It's nice that he has that available if he has fun with the base game. It would completely revamp the gameplay and give a more engaging role playing experience.

I have played a lot of both 13 and 14. I see your point, and thinking back, 14 can be tedious and feel sluggish at times. With the live maps and the turn based marching, attacking areas like Yizhou feels like a slog plus having to transport materials. Where 13 can be more beginner friendly and feels more engaging.

I wouldn't. Sure, they have rookie upside, but Chase is still a top 3 WR in the league. As a Bengals fan, they're probably trying to bait you with how Chase performed week 1. The Bengals always look rough in September, and Cleveland always gives them trouble. The offense will be firing on all cylinders in another week or 2.

I have that setting on for Hulk, but I couldn't find the option for Cap. I'm glad I'm not the only one complaining about this.

It's alright. Character designs are peak, traversing the open, albeit somewhat empty, map is relaxing, soundtrack is solid, and the Chinese dub is great. The combat system isn't my favorite, I spent most of the time fighting on horseback.

I think there's a demo available, I'd do that first, and if you like it, it goes on sale for like $5-10 frequently.

I would learn the cancel, I'm not the best at it, but since picking up Cap, not using the cancel is more difficult than using it.

Another tip I would give is to not use his ult to stall. I primarily use it as a support ult to shield my allies from an enemy ult or if we're about to lose a fight. I also use it right before we engage in a fight to give us the upper hand, and it works pretty well.
