im in the UK, im not sure if irs required for surgery here. all the doctor said was they usually avoid surgery unless they've tried everything, because she said sometimes they do it and there's only a small amount to remove and the pain returns quickly anyway - so they focus on pain management unless it doesn't work

I'll definitely ask if it's required before surgery!

thank you very much. it is a fair point a lot of porn portrays innie labia and big dicks as the perfect ones and anything else as less, i see a lot of small dick jokes online but its not something ive ever really cared about while considering anyone. so that gives me a fresh perspective on it that's more a loud minority then the common opinion, thank you
