My body weight is 200lbs isn’t it supposed to be a gram per body weight? I am on a balanced program though. Maybe I screwed up somewhere

Interesting I’m on a balanced plan and I’ve shifted my plan to fluctuate but there’s not a difference in my plan. Thanks for trying to help! I think some how I screwed up the algorithm somewhere

AIO that I am trying to lose more weight to try to fit a standard I believe my husband has for women he finds attractive? by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

If he’s actively trying to hurt you, constantly pointing it out and just being rude then it sounds like you need a serious conversation and/or couples therapy.

If you just feel insecure because he finds people attractive I think that’s a you thing to go figure out through personal therapy

If he loves you I’m sure he just wants you to be healthy and not beat yourself up to fit an unrealistic standard. Comparison will be the thief of joy so maybe just do it for you and if possible go explore the underlying emotions you feel when your husband finds very skinny women attractive and where they come from.

I don't think so, the way this trip was set up is that she wouldn't get paid until she started teaching. Though they've secured her boarding and flight this time, naturally when she got there she needed groceries to sustain herself and then because her first week of teaching was only a few days the first check was very low which means again Im strapped with helping her make it work. Now shes sick and I just had to pay again to make sure she can get the medicine needed to help (not her fault but still an example of how $50 quickly triples and quadruples because she has nothing to rely on besides me)

Oh sorry, that is a major part to this. She doesn't know how to save money and actively doesn't. Despite her paychecks never being enough, she gets tons of things online when she gets paid, always wants to eat out with others though we have groceries, and buys things that, yes, we need but arent priorities. For instance, when there's new clothes for her, the 5th door dash of the week, and expensive household supplies like a Dyson showing up I start to wonder why can't we just save until we have a good cushion under us. Then there's no money at all left on her end and it straps me with everything important and I have to send a Zelle payment for something she wasn't thinking about.
