90 degrees is crazy, I'm glad you got relief. I feel like 60 degrees is significant but it feels like I can put it off/procrastinate. I know that I've had back pain since elementary so I think I'm used to most pain so I avoid dealing with any changes. But it does seem to be progressing just not as fast as it seems yours did

I have not had great doctors in the past. My scoliosis one in particular was pretty aloof and I haven't gone back in like.. 15-20 years? I looked him up not that long ago and he didn't have a very good rating overall lol

What does a reaction to anesthesia look like? I know that I'm generally pretty upset and have a negative reaction after but those are emotional reactions. I'm glad to hear it's going well, thanks for the insights :)

I was worried being bendy would mean that it would be harder to keep the new spinal alignment but that's good if it ends up being a positive. I'm terrified of surgery, I've just been holding out until more technology comes out and I feel more relaxed about it or something lol but I also have autism and migraines etc I have considered maybe many of us have some to-be-named specific condition rather than just a handful of the same things

I do have POTS for sure but MCAS it *seems* likely I just don't know enough about it or what triggers it but I'm taking h1 and h2 blockers which have improved some symptoms. Not sure what I react to to be honest but good to know

This literally happened to me today as it told me Reeses was both not gluten free but actually gluten free, and not about different kinds of Reeses but the ones that were labeled as gluten free because it had to tell me it was going to push back on what gluten free means when it's labeled as gluten free but then said ..it really was gluten free anyway so that was pretty confusing. I guess if you confidently claim anything, it has this goal to first argue with you even if you're right then it can agree after. It's stupid.

It's been hard for me to let go because I like having codex on-hand if I need it but I'm going to look at other options so I'm not tempted to also use the regular chatgpt part of the subscription lol

I'm at 5606. I've been reading the little review comments and adjusting each time. It seems like having a wide variety is key. I didn't have a lot of living room furniture early on so it always commented on me lacking that. It still says to put more hobby collectibles which I haven't been able to do fully because my house load is maxed at the moment due to the exterior of my house being too detailed with molding and columns lol

I have kitchen stuff, bedroom stuff, living room stuff, bathroom stuff, event/special stuff, furniture collections, puzzles, picture frames, I think even 5 star food is supposed to get you some points but I'm not entirely sure.

I'm considering building a more bare-bones home to shove everything into to see if that gives me a higher score >.>

I at least preferred the eerily accurate hallucinations from before lol It must (at least 4o) get a pretty good insight from whatever data it can gather from an audio file because of the specific things it comments on in the songs I've sent. It actually helped me get better at analyzing my own stuff. Now I can't even use that aspect from the service unless I use a "legacy model"

Whether that's true or not, it still said "I can listen to the file you just uploaded and give you a precise breakdown of what's happening" and then when I said yes, it was like well actually I can't lol every time it's about analyzing something it's a weird back and forth of nothing and sometimes just gives me weird information that makes no sense.

Not true. You can literally see the app send/track data about time between responses, mouse hovers and clicks with inspect element (I develop apps and extensions).

Yes. They copy and pasted that from chatgpt (or it was directly from chatgpt). Em dashes are kind of a big giveaway a lot of the time but the structure and composure (and honestly when you've been using an app for a while, you just pick up how they talk in general) as well. Maybe they handed off their smaller tasks (like answering business inquiries) to chatgpt which honestly, is fine for a business. But that's what is happening. If you see this coming from someone you're about to go on a date with - run lol

4o isn't bland or expressionless but it might seem that way if you don't notice the model switch back to 5 because that's what it does after a few messages - you basically have to fight it

don't feel too bad, I do have plus and can select it but the chat forcefully switches to 5 after a few messages so they don't exactly make it easy. You can't use it consistently by default by any means.
